It is up to you to decide whether you need a cleaner to come every week, every other week or even once per month. Having a Cleaner coming on a regular basis is very convenient as you have the same person coming every time. Please, note that all the cleaners are vetted by us.They are reliable and trustworthy. You may decide that you prefer the cleaning to be done while you are not at home- no problems- we can arrange that for you, just make sure you supply us with a key. Please, note that the keys are kept in the office and you will not face problems with your property or possessions.
Usually for Regular Domestic Cleaning service we advise our clients to provide the materials. It is better for you as you are able to choose what exactly you prefer to be used in your home. However if you require we may bring the materials with us on additional price. Feel free to ask us what the cleaner will need for the cleaning. Cleaners are well aware which material is better to be used.
The minimum requested time for the cleaner to come is 2,5 hour per visit.Price per hour is 9.00£ . Please, note that you pay directly to the cleaner and there is no extra charge or agency fee- you pay only for the time the cleaner was in your property. If you need some ironing to be done- there is no extra charge for that service. You pay for the time spent.
If your cleaner is ill or on a holiday it is our duty to find another person to do your cleaning. Please, note that when using our service you can always contact us and discuss all issues concerning the cleaning.
