Builders Cleaning
BUILDERS CLEANING LONDONIt is great to have your house decorated and painted, but inevitably after builders have been in your house there are a lot of dirt an dust. So, here we are, ready to help you enjoy your new home and to get you rid of all the mess builders team have left.
We require minimum of 4 hours per after builders cleaning visit. Please, also note that this service does not include upholstery, window and carpet cleaning services. If you have special requirements to be done we may arrange it for you. The after builders cleaning service include cleaning of all skirting boards, deep cleaning of doors and doors frames, cleaning of all windows frames and sills, light switches and sockets.
Deep cleaning of the kitchen-cleaning the cupboards inside and outside, cleaning all surfaces and all the appliances in the kitchen.
Deep Cleaning of the Living room and bedrooms- polishing inside and out all the furniture- wardrobes, tables, cupboards. We will remove the furniture in the rooms to clean everywhere.
Deep Cleaning of the bathrooms- descale and disinfect toilets, sinks, bath-tubes, polishing the mirrors.
All premises will be hoovered and mopped.
Please, note that it is your responsibility to ensure the materials and equipments for the Cleaning. If you want us to bring the materials you will be charged extra.
Prices:
With your materials and equipments the price is 11,00 £ per hour
Please, note that we require minimum 4 hour per visit if you order 2 or more cleaners. For 1 cleaner the minimum is 5 hours per visit.
If you supply the hoover, mop and bucket, but we supply the cleaning materials the price is:
13,00 £ per hour per person
14,00 £ per hour for one cleaner
